Debra is a high-energy entrepreneur who has experienced the high-life of successful businesses, as well as experiencing two extreme train crashes, where she lost everything…
Losing her brother at the age of 44 & her Mum only 10m months later, whilst starting a new business, she had the realisation that life is too short not to be living your best life!
Debra has worked as a Senior Manager (GM or CEO) in several privately owned / family businesses, managing up to 220 staff, as well as running her own businesses, her first one at the age of 13.
In both running other people’s businesses & running her own, she has experienced highs & lows. Now that she has learned how to have the ideal entrepreneurial life, she wants to share this with others.
Her approach is real, raw & vulnerable – sharing the successes as well as the lessons learned from the ‘failures’.
Outside of running her own business, she is an EOS Implementer, a wife, a mother of 5 fur babies, an avid photographer, an adventure lover & a speed freak. She loves fast cars & motorbikes but also enjoys walking, cycling & nature. Debra also speaks 3 languages.

In her management & leadership career, spanning 25 years, Debra has taken privately owned companies from flatlining back to growth, managing up to 220 staff.
She has run her own businesses now for over 11 years & has lived the high life with all the trappings – the cars, the homes & the fast toys.
She has also lost it all, not once but twice, in two spectacular business train wrecks.
Having had to put one of her businesses into receivership, she knows what it is like to be awake at 2am, worrying about finances & people.
She now uses these experiences, along with her formal qualifications in leadership, business administration & EOS®, to help Entrepreneurial Business Owners lead their best lives:

She does this by working with established Family Owned & Privately Owned businesses to help them implement EOS® into their business.
